You may get a physical exam or have health-related paperwork completed at Student Health Services.

This service is for currently registered Temple University Students only. When you make an appointment, please tell the receptionist that you have paperwork to fill out and bring your paperwork with you to the appointment.

Please read your paperwork before you come to your appointment. Many forms require you to complete parts yourself before the clinician can sign them. Others require immunization dates. 

Some paperwork require tuberculosis (TB) testing. Student Health Services provides TB testing on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday only. 

Travel Assessment

If you are planning a trip abroad and you need information, medication or vaccinations for your trip, Student Health Services provides travel consultations, and we recommend vaccinations and medicines you may need. Please schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible. Most vaccines take up to four weeks to start protecting you, and some shots have to be given six months before you travel.
