Login to Patient Health Portal with your Accessnet username and password. (These are the same credentials you use to log into your TUmail account.)

  • Choose “Appointment” (on a cell phone you will need to touch the three-line menu icon), then choose a clinic at the campus where you want to go (e.g., Main Campus).
  • Choose a reason for your appointment (e.g., ankle pain, cold or flu symptoms, fever), then click “Search.” Please note: Not all appointment types are available online. If you do not see a reason that is appropriate for your condition, please call 215-204-7500.
  • You may choose a provider or use the “All” options to access a greater number of appointments. If possible, please schedule with the last provider you saw at Student Health for continuity of care. 
  • Choose the appointment time and date that best meets your needs.
  • You will see a confirmation on the screen as well as receive a confirmation email.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

If you feel you need to be seen sooner than the appointment times available online, please come into the office to be evaluated by the triage nurse.

Note: If you schedule an appointment that is not appropriate to your condition, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Login Problems

The login page should open up within 30 seconds. If you experience problems please try the following.

Browser Issues

Please not that any browser setting that restricts cookie use will prevent the site from loading.

We recommend using Internet Explorer. Please make sure that all of the security protocols are checked off in your browser.

Follow this path: Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll toward the bottom under “Security” (make sure there is a check mark next to Use SSL2.0, Use SSL 3.0, Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, Use TLS 1.2).

Then, close Internet Explorer and reopen so that the new settings take effect.

If you see the following under Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Privacy, click on the Advanced button.

Then, make sure there is no check mark next to “Override automatic cookie handling” and click okay.

Then, close Internet Explorer and reopen so that the new settings take effect.

Make sure your Privacy Settings are on Medium. Follow this path: Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Privacy

Under Internet Options > Tools > Security, make sure the setting is Medium-High or lower

Clearing Your Browser’s Cache

You may need to clear out your browser’s cache and cookies. Check to see if your credentials are okay.

We use the same credentials as TUmail. Please try logging into TUmail.
