Congratulations on your accomplishment! Your medical records will be retained for 7 years from your graduation date. Students who graduate will retain READ-ONLY access to the Patient Health Portal until their Temple University credentials expire.
We recommend downloading any documents you may need before your credentials expire. Once your access is de-activated, you will still be able to access your medical records by submitting a signed medical release form. For more information, please visit:
