COVID TESTING updated for Fall 2023

COVID-19 antigen tests available for you to pick at no cost at

  • Howard Gittis Student Center,
  • Charles Library,
  • TECH Center, and
  • Student Health office 1700 N. Broad St., 4th Floor.

Rapid COVID-19 testing is available in Student Health.  Appointments are required for all tests! Walk-in appointments are NOT available. This is to help keep you safe by avoiding lines or crowding at our office. Use the Patient Health Portal to schedule your appointment.

Free Covid-19 tests are coming back! Starting Monday (Sept 25), households can receive 4 free rapid tests through USPS again. Order here: COVIDtests.gov. Shipments will start Oct. 2.

As a general rule, if you have tested positive in the past 90 days, you should not be tested.

As always, practice healthy habits: washing your hands, monitoring your health and staying home when sick are the best ways to prevent yourself and the broader Temple community from contracting the virus. Please continue practicing these behaviors now and throughout the spring semester. Combined with our testing program, this is the best way for us to be together.

Please note: special characters in your Temple password may prevent you from logging into the Patient Health Portal.  Special characters like !, <, >, %, &, ", :, . may cause problems.
